Whimsical Short Sleeve Bolero !

A whimsical, handmade short sleeve crochet bolero to add a pop of color to any look. It's an incredibly light and airy addition to an outfit with the cute sleeves having a subtle-but-there bumpy hemming. 

• S–M: Bust measures about 16 in wide by 4 in high; neckline measures about 9 in long. Bust circumference: about 32 in.
• L–XL: Bust measures about 18.5 in wide by 5 in high; neckline measures about 10.5 in long.
• XL–XL+: Bust measures about 21 in wide by 6 in high; neckline measures about 12 in long.
